Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.C. Upadhyay, the learned Brief Holder for the State-respondents.
Sri S.C. Upadhyay, the learned Brief Holder appearing for the fourth respondent states that subject to the petitioner filing a detailed representation in support of his claim and verification of all facts being left open, the prayer for pay fixation and revision of pensionary benefits, shall be duly attended to and disposed of by the said respondent in accordance with law and preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly and without going into the merits or otherwise of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement, which is noted and recorded above.
