The only prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the trial Court to decide Original Suit No. 9/2013 filed by the petitioner, expeditiously, within a time specified by this Court.
Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the defendant has already entered appearance and is contesting the proceedings. The matter is being posted for recording of the evidence.
Having regard to these facts, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial Court to decide the suit expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
