This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing of the proceedings against the applicants arising out of charge sheet date 08.07.2017 in F.I.R. No. 167 of 2017, under Section 323, 504 506, 325 I.P.C., P.S.Jamalpur, District Mirzapur.
It has been pointed out by the learned A.G.A. and the Court is inclined to agree that a perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the application does not disclose any material regarding the stage of the trial in the court below. This application is vague and not supported by any document of the court below.
In view of the aforesaid, this application is dismissed.
