In response to the order dated 12.09.2019, Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has placed the detailed instructions sent by the opposite party and the same is taken on record. In support of his submissions, he has relied upon the Government Order dated 28.5.2019 which relates to the annual transfer policy and submits that for the academic session 2019-20, the competent authority has to take decision on the transfer application prior to 30.06.2019 and as such, at no point of time, the opposite party has willfully flouted the order of the Writ Court. In case, the applicants join the transferee post, the Authority would have no objection to ensure month to month salary.
On the basis of aforesaid instructions, the present contempt application stands disposed of asking the applicants to join the transferee post within three week's time from today and definitely thereafter, the Authority would ensure their month to month salary. Notice, if any, stands charged.
