Petitioner is a Revenue Inspector and is presently posted at Pratapgarh. According to petitioner, he is due to retire in March, 2019 and he has made an application for his posting at the place of his convenience in terms of clause 11(xi) of the transfer policy dated 29.3.2018, which has remained pending since 26.7.2018. Since no decision has yet been taken upon petitioner's representation by the authority concerned, therefore, petitioner is before this Court.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner's grievance shall be examined by the authority competent, in accordance with law, at the first instance.
In the facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.1 in respect of his grievance, noticed above, alongwith certified copy of this order, annexing all materials in support of his claim, within a period of two weeks from today. In case such a claim is raised, the same shall be examined by the authority concerned and appropriate order would be passed, in accordance with law, within a further period of two months thereafter.
