Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned counsel for the respondent and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the sole appellant has died on 5.3.2016 and substitution application has been filed on 31.5.2016 which is within time.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that he has no objection if the substitution application is allowed.

Accordingly, the substitution application is allowed. The necessary amendment be carried out within ten days.
