The sole prayer made in the instant petition is to direct the court below to decide the application for temporary injunction in Original Suit No.801 of 2017 within a stipulated time frame.
The petitioners are plaintiffs in the suit. A perusal of the order sheet reveals that regular dates are being fixed for disposal of the application for temporary injunction. The defendants have already entered appearance in the proceedings.
In such view of the matter, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
