This petition has been filed to expedite the Case No. 204/314/02021/D202015510001396 (Shehraj Uddin and another vs. State of U.P. and others) under Section 38(2) of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006, pending before Chief Revenue Officer, Mau.
I have gone through the records and find no good ground to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case.
In view thereof, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the court below by making an appropriate expedite application. In the event such an application is made, it is expected that the same shall be heard and decided, in accordance with law.
