Connect and list this application with Criminal Misc. Application Nos. 1953 of 2008 and 9147 of 2008.
The applicants through the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. have invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this court with the prayer that the proceedings of Criminal Case No. 1358 of 2008, State Vs. Ram Dhani and others, u/s 143, 144, 353, 427, 504, 506 I.P.C. and sections 5/26 Forest Act, Police Station Vindhamganj, District Sonebhadra, pending in the Court of Civil Judge (J.D.) Dudhi, District Sonbhedra, be quashed.
Heard Mr. R. C. Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
Issue notice to respondent no. 2.
Both the respondents may file counter affidavit within two weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within one week thereafter.
List thereafter.
Till then the proceedings of above mentioned case against the applicants shall remain stayed.
