This Court on 4.4.2018 has directed the CJM Firozabad to submit report with regard to the death of the appellant.
Office report indicates that in compliance of the order dated 4.4.2018 passed by this Court, CJM Firozabad has sent a letter dated 27.4.2018, mentioning therein the report of SP Firozabad dated 26.4.2018 that Yamuna Nagar is not situated within the circle of district Firozabad.
Let notices be issued to the sureties of the appellant through Chief Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad and SP, Firozabad and compliance report be submitted by both the officers within four weeks.
Let the case be listed after four weeks before the appropriate Bench. The matter shall not be treated as part-heard/tied up by this Bench.
Office is directed to communicate this order to the Chief Judicial Magistrate concerned within a week for ensuring compliance of the same.
