This is an application for dismissing the writ petition as having abated on the ground that the sole petitioner Ramdev has died on 16.12.2016 and till date no step has been taken to substitute his heirs.
Nobody is present even on behalf of the petitioner even in the revised call of the cause list.
Accordingly the application is allowed. The writ petition is dismissed.
Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
