JUDGMENT / ORDER

Despite the orders of this Court dated 2 September 2015 and 5 October 2015 no instructions have been provided to the learned Standing Counsel.
From a perusal of the averments and the material on record of this petition/application, it appears prima facie, that the orders of this Court dated 2 September 2015 and 5 October 2015, have not been complied with and that there has been wilful and deliberate disobedience of the said order.
Accordingly, let notices be issued to opposite party returnable within four weeks.
