Petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated 21.3.2018, passed by the Joint Director of Education, whereby he has been attached in a different institution. It is stated that petitioner is not keeping in good health and the order is causing irreparable injury.
It is not in dispute that petitioner was transferred within the same district. Petitioner otherwise holds a transferable post. In such circumstance, no interference with the order of transfer is called for.
However, in the facts and circumstances, it is provided that in case petitioner complies with the order of transfer dated 21.3.2018, he shall be at liberty to represent in the matter before the authority concerned. In case such a representation is made, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.
