Heard Mr. Anjani Kumar, learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
This correction application has been filed seeking correction in the order dated 14.12.2018.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in the 6th line of first paragraph of the judgement and order dated 14.12.2018, the description of the Session Trial has been mentioned as S.T. No. 23 of 2016, which is incorrect. The correct description is S.T. No. 23 of 2018. He therefore submits that the aforesaid mistake occurring in the 6th line of first paragraph of the judgement and order dated 14.12.2018 be corrected accordingly.
Prayer made for is bonafide. Accordingly, the same is allowed.
In place of description S.T. No. 23 of 2016 occurring in the 6th line of first paragraph of the judgement and order dated 14.12.2018, the description S.T. No. 23 of 2018 shall be read.
This correction shall form part of the earlier order dated 14.12.2018 With the aforesaid observations, this correction application stands finally disposed of.
