Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking following relief:-
A. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of MANDAMUS commanding the Respondents authorities to arrest the Respondent Nos. 4 to 6 immediately, because they have committed cognizable and investigating officer may be summoned before this Hon'ble Court to submit the progress report of the First Information Report dated 04.07.2019 registered as case crime no. 0072 of 2019 under Section 147, 323, 504 of I.P.C., Police Station-Harpur Budhat, District-Gorakhpur.
B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of Mandamus commanding the Respondent authorities to proceed for issuance coercive measures under Section 82 and 83 of Cr.P.C. to effect the arrest of the Respondent Nos. 4 to 6, who are evading the arrest in collusion with the investigating officer in First Information Report 04.07.2019 registered as case crime no. 0072 of 2019 under section 147, 323, 504 of I.P.C., Police Station- Harpur Budhat, District- Gorakhpur.
The offence against which relief is claimed are all bailable offences.
The writ petition lacks merit and is accordingly, dismissed.
