O R D E R:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the proposed 4th respondent.
2. The writ petition was filed challenging the Proceedings No.D3/1293/2008 dated 31.12.2008 of the 2nd respondent, whereunder Form-B licence of Ram Cinema, Asifabad, was suspended for a period of three months with immediate effect.
3. The said order was suspended by this Court by order dated 19.02.2009. As the suspension of the licence was for a period of three months which was suspended by this Court on 19.02.2009, the order worked out itself and no further orders need be passed in the writ petition.
4. Accordingly the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
