JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Manish Kumar,J.
Having regard to the nature of prayer made in this petition, we are more than convinced that the petitioners have attempted to misuse the process of the Court. They are seeking certain action on the basis of some resolution passed by the Gaon Sabha. The respondent nos.6 & 7 are government servants and if they are found to have misconducted themselves, it is for the employer (in this case the State Government) to take or not to take action. The petitioners do not have any locus in the matter and they appears to have filed the writ petition only for taking vengeance which ultimately results in wastage of precious judicial time.
The writ petition is, thus, dismissed.
