Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2, Tehsildar (Judicial) Tehsil Sadar, District Deoria to decide the Mutation newly Computerized Case No.T-201905200101768 (Shri Kishun (now deceased) and others Vs Mohd. Vashir and others, filed on 28.02.1983 under Section 34 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
Petitioner is aggrieved is aggrieved on account of pendency of his mutation case stated to have been filed in the year 1966.
It is submitted that the several substitution applications were filed at different times and their pendency delayed of the mutation case.
It has also been submitted that as on date, all substitution application stand disposed of.
The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to decide the mutation case within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
It is further provided that the Court concerned may, if necessary, hear the matter on a day to day basis so as to pronounce final order within the time specified above.
