Pursuant to the order dated 21.01.2019, learned A.G.A. has obtained instructions and has informed the Court that a final report in Case Crime No.924 of 2018 at P.S. Suriyawa, District Bhadohi has been submitted on 28.12.2018.
In view of the above, the prayer of the petitioner to quash the FIR of the said case, at this stage is rendered infructuous. The petitioner may await action on the final report and thereafter he may seek appropriate relief in appropriate jurisdiction.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed off.
