A prayed has been made that the suit being Original Suit No. 440 of 2014 (Ram Charan vs. Smt. Shanti Devi and others) in which issues have been framed on 1.8.2016 be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
The Court feels that since issues have been framed and evidence have been led, the Suit be decided on a day-to- day basis.
Under such circumstances, it is being directed that the Suit No. 440 of 2014 (Ram Charan vs. Smt. Shanti Devi and others) be heard and decided on a day-to-day basis, unless there is any legal impediment. Adjournment shall be granted only under very pressing circumstances and that too after imposition of a minimum cost of Rs. 2,000/-.
With these observations, the petition is disposed of.
