1. Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Amrish Sahai, learned counsel for the respondents.
2. The petitioner claims to have moved an application before the Regional Manager, Gramin Bank of Aryavart (respondent no. 1) seeking waiver of the loan on account of crop loss. The last application is stated to have been filed on 17.08.2018, a copy of which has been annexed with the writ petition.
3. Without entering into the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent no. 1 to decide the aforesaid application, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. However, if the application or the claim made by the petitioner stands already decided, no fresh decision is required to be made and only a copy of the order that may have been passed on the claim moved by the petitioner, may be made available to him.
