Heard learned counsel for the parties.
By the instant writ petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 to give the benefits of Kishan Rin Mochan Yojana 2017 in pursuance of Government Order dated 9.7.2017 to the petitioner in pursuance of Loan taken by the petitioner amounting Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) from the respondent no. 3 State Bank of India, Branch Shahatwar, District Ballia."
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the second respondent shall consider and decide the claim of the petitioner.
In view thereof, without entering into the merit of the case, the writ petition is being finally disposed of directing that the second respondent, District Magistrate, District Ballia, shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, expeditiously within two months from the date of filing of copy of this order along with copy of the representation.
