At the outset, Sri Kunwar Mayank Singh, learned counsel for the caveator-respondent No.3 states that the petition may have become infructuous, inasmuch as the suit, for decision of which the present petition has been filed has already been decided by means of an order dated 30.6.2021 by the respondent No.1. He has produced a photocopy of the order dated 30.6.2021 and has handed over a copy of the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner. This photocopy of the order dated 30.6.2021 is made part of the record.
In view of the aforesaid, the cause of action for filing this petition does not survive and this petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
