The petitioner had attained the age of superannuation on 31.10.2017. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had approached respondent No.2 by moving representation on 15.05.2018.
Only prayer made in the present petition is to issue a direction to respondent no.2 to consider their claim for grant of their retiral dues.
Without expressing any opinion as to the claims of the petitioners the present petition is disposed of with the directions as follows:
Petitioner shall move a fresh representation along with certified copy of this order within a period of three weeks from today to respondent no.2 General Manager, the Kisan Co-operative Sugar Mills Limited Puranpur, District Pilibhit raising all their grievances. The respondent no.2 shall consider the same in accordance with law after getting requisite reports from the concerned authorities and take a decision, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six weeks from the date of representations being filed by both the petitioners, under due intimation to them.
