Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed for direction upon the court of Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), City Jaunpur to decide application 6-C in Suit No.295 of 2007 (Ramchandra Vs. Rajaram and another) within stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the suit it does not appear that on the last few dates, any date was fixed for consideration of said application.
In view of the above, if the said application has remained undecided, it would be appropriate that the petitioner moves an application before the court concerned for consideration of the said application. It is expected that if any such application is moved, the court concerned shall examine the record and take appropriate decision thereon, unless there is any legal impediment.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed off. Order Date :- 24.4.2018.
