1. Called in revise. None appeared to press this revision. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.
2. This criminal revision under Section 401 read with Section 397 Cr.P.C. has been filed aggrieved by order dated 30.01.1988 passed by 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Shahjahanpur in Criminal Revision No. 71 of 1987. By means of order dated 29.04.1987, Munsif Magistrate, Tilhar rejected the application of opposite party under Section 125 Cr.P.C. in Case No. 4 of 1986, which has been set aside by means of impugned order and revision has been partly allowed awarding Rs. 150/- per month towards maintenance of two minor daughters.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed.
5. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
6. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
