Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Present petition has been filed seeking direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.), Tilhar, Shahjahanpur to decide objection filed by the petitioner in Case No. 17 of 2017 (Md. Washeem vs. Ram Chandra and others) within stipulated period.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted withdraw the present petition so as to enable the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authority at appropriate stage.
Present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
