Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
Although, this petition alleges disobedience of the order dated 22 December 2017, learned counsel for the applicant does not dispute that the statutory pre-requisites mandated under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have not been complied with. She prays for liberty to enable the applicant to complete these formalities and thereafter move the concerned S.D.M.
Accordingly and in the interest of justice, this petition shall stand disposed of with liberty to the applicant to complete all statutory formalities within a period of two weeks from today and approach the concerned S.D.M. within the same period. In case the S.D.M. finds that the requisite formalities have been completed he shall duly register the said application and proceed in the matter in accordance with law. The S.D.M. shall additionally endeavour to decide the claim of the applicant without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties and preferably within a period of two months from the date of initiation.
