Heard the counsel for the petitioner.
The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 6.7.2018 passed by the Consolidation Officer and the order dated 29.12.2000 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation dismissing the revision filed by the petitioner against the order of the Consolidation Officer.
The order of the Consolidation Officer is an interlocutory order in as much as it relates to rejection of the application of a party to frame an additional issue and through the aforesaid order, the Consolidation Officer has decided to proceed with the hearing of the objections filed before him. The Deputy Director of Consolidation rightly refused to interfere in the said order in his revisional jurisdiction.
There is no illegality or jurisdictional error in the impugned orders passed by the consolidation authorities so as to occasion interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, at this stage.
The writ petition is dismissed.
