The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Revision No.C- 201805000000553 (Ram Chandra Vs. Alam) under section 219 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending in the Court of Commissioner, Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Revision No.C- 201805000000553 (Ram Chandra Vs. Alam) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
