Hon'ble Yogendra Kumar Sangal,J.
Learned Government Advocate has accepted notice on behalf of opposite parties no. 1 and 2.
Issue notice to opposite party no. 3 returnable at an early date.
List on 24.6.2010. Petitioner as well as opposite party no. 3 shall appear in person to find out whether the controversy in question may be relegated to Mediation Center.
Till next date of listing petitioners shall not be arrested in Case Crime No. 24/10, Under Section 498-A, 323, 504,506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act at P.S. Mahila Thana, Sadar, Sitapur.
