Heard Shri Rahul Saxena, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. Shri Vrindavan Mishra appears for respondent no.2.
Present writ petition has been preferred for a direction to second respondent to release the amount of gratuity, provident fund and other retiral dues along with interest to the petitioner.
On the matter being taken up today, Shri Vrindavan Misra, learned counsel for second respondent on the basis of instructions apprises to the Court that out of total outstanding dues of Rs.16,36,000/-, an amount of Rs.12,77,000/- has been released to the petitioner and in case some breathing time is accorded by this Court, the remaining outstanding amount shall also be released/disbursed to the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances as well as the aforesaid undertaking, this Court hopes and trusts that the remaining amount shall be released by the respondents expeditiously and preferably within three months, failing which the petitioner shall be entitled for 6% interest on delayed payment.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
