Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Mau to consider and decide execution case being Misc. Case No.77 of 2018 (Ramker and Others Vs. Rajdev and Others) expeditiously and preferably within stipulated period.
This Court finds no ground to frame peremptory directions for out of turn disposal of Execution Application being registered as Misc. Case No. 77 of 2018, bearing in mind the fact that the Commissioner's Report has been received only in November 2019 and objections to the same are being considered.
The petition is dismissed.
