JUDGMENT / ORDER

The perusal of the charges levelled against the petitioner, does not reveal that any major punishment can be imposed, if the same are proved.
The operation and implementation of the suspension order dated 08.12.2011, contained in Annexure-5 to the writ petition, is hereby stayed.
However, it is open for the opposite parties to conclude the enquiry proceedings in accordance with law and the petitioner will cooperate in the same.
Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted four weeks' time for filing counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within a week thereafter.
List after expiry of the aforesaid period.
