Case called out in the revised list. No-one has appeared on behalf of the applicants to press the application for modification to modify the order dated 4.12.1997 passed by another Bench of this court.
The case is pending since 1991 and cannot be kept pending for years together by mere filing the modification application way back in the year 1998.
The modification application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
Office is directed to communicate this order to the court concerned within three days through FAX.
The court below shall proceed with the matter expeditiously in accordance with law.
