JUDGMENT / ORDER

I have heard Sri M.B.Singh holding brief of Sri Indrasen Singh Tomar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and counsel for the Gaon Sabha.
It is stated that the facts of this case are identical to the facts of the Writ Petition No. 18838 of 2012 (Pramod Kahar and others) and the same has been dismissed vide order dated 17.4.2012.
For the reasons given in the judgment and order dated 17.4.2012 passed in Writ Petiton No. 18838 of 2012, this writ petition is also dismissed.
