Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ashok Kumar Pandey who appears for the respondent No. 2 and Sri Jitendra Singh learned Standing Counsel for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has limited his prayer to the extent of the third respondent being commanded to consider and decide the representation dated 05 October 2016 filed by the petitioner.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the pending representation of the petitioner shall be duly attended to and a final decision communicated with expedition.
Accordingly, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
