Present writ petition is filed by the petitioner with the prayer to direct the respondent no. 2 to adjudicate and decide the pending Regular Suit No. 2023 of 2018(Mata Prasad Versus Ram Bhog) expeditiously.
Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, respondent no. 2, Civil Judge(Senior Division), Mohanlalganj, Lucknow, is directed to consider and decide pending Regular Suit No. 2023 of 2018(Mata Prasad Versus Ram Bhog), in accordance with law, expeditiously as early as possible. Learned Civil Judge shall not grant unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
With the aforesaid, present writ petition is disposed of.
