The petitioner before approaching this Court submitted a representation to the District Magistrate, Kaushambi on 17th January, 2018. As per the petitioner, no response to the same has been given. The petitioner may agitate his cause before the Divisional Commissioner. It is also relevant to notice that the petitioner is having an adequate remedy under the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006. He may avail such remedy to have redressal of his grievance. The writ petition is dismissed.
