Sri Vikash Chandra Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, at the outset, raised a preliminary objection that the matter is cognizable by the Central Administrative Tribunal. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the fact.
In view thereof, writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
