Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Harish Chand Dubey, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
With regard to his grievance relating to registration of the agreement to sale, the petitioner may approach the Deputy Registrar, Meerganj, Bareilly by way of a detailed representation, annexing all such material as may be available in support of his claim and also certified copy of this order, whereupon the Deputy Registrar, Meerganj, Bareilly will proceed to pass an appropriate order, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of submission of such representation.
