The sole prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the Case No. 0011672018 (Ram Bharosa vs. Sita Ram), under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, which is pending before the court of the Commissioner, Gorakhpur Zone, Gorakhpur, be expeditiously decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Commissioner, Gorakhpur Zone, Gorakhpur, shall decide the Case No. 0011672018 (Ram Bharosa vs. Sita Ram), under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
