JUDGMENT / ORDER

Two affidavits of compliance, one by Sub Divisional Magistrate/Deputy Collector and the other by Tehsildar have been filed, which are taken on record.
Put up tomorrow after lunch. The Deputy Collector and the Tehsildar who according to the learned standing counsel for State are present in court, shall file their affidavits by tomorrow stating therein the reason for not taking action against the petitioner for realisation of the amount until my order dated 1.2.2011 was passed. Learned counsel for the petitioner also states that by tomorrow he would be filing the affidavit of the petitioner.
