Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGA.
The limited relief pressed for by means of this petition is to issue a direction to the respondent no.2 / Superintendent of Police, Chitrakoot to ensure that the investigation is completed in Case Crime No.0330 of 2016, under sections 342, 376D, 323, 504, 506 IPC and section 3(1) (12) of SC/ST Act, P.S. Karwi District Chitrakoot within a fixed time frame.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to ensure that fair investigation is conducted and concluded in the offences, referred to above, in accordance to law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
