The petitioner has a private dispute with the respondents with the allegation of encroachment being made on their land.
It has also come on record that a civil suit is pending between the parties. It is open to the petitioner to pursue the suit.
We are not inclined to interfere in the matter at this stage.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
