JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the appellant.
Submission of learned counsel for the appellant is that the opposite parties are selling out the land in question during the pendency of the second appeal in this Court. It is also stated that the disciplinary action has been taken against the Advocate who was involved in the fraud.
Considering the the aforesaid facts, either of the parties are restrained from alienating the property in question.
