Heard.
Notice on behalf of all opposite parties has been accepted by the learned Chief Standing Counsel. The writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:-
"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby directing the opposite parties to provide the to the petitioner house aid under the Prime Minister House Scheme.
(ii) issue a a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby directing the opposite parties to take appropriate decision on the representations dated 17.12.2020 moved by the petitioner pending before them in the interest of justice.
(iii) Any other writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case.
(iv) Allow the writ petition with costs."
After hearing learned Counsel for the petitioner and going through the record, we find that the petitioner has already preferred a representation dated 17.12.2010 before the District Magistrate, Ayodhya which is said to be pending. A copy of the representation is annexed as Annexure - 1 to the writ petition. Without entering into the merits of the case and with the consent of the learned Counsel for the parties, the writ petition is finally disposed of, at this stage, with the observation that the representation of the petitioner dated 17.12.2010 shall be considered and decided by the opposite party No.1/District Magistrate, Ayodhya, in accordance with law, expeditiously. .
