JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner was plaintiff in the suit. He filed the suit for permanent injunction restraining the defendants from raising any construction over the property in dispute. The application for the interim injunction has been rejected by the trail court and appeal filed against the same has also been dismissed. The appellate court has recorded a finding that the name of the petitioner in revenue record has been expunged by the order dated 21.11.2006 by the S.D.M. and, therefore, the petitioner is not able to prove his title over the property in dispute.
Learned counsel for the petitioner wants some time to look into the matter.
Put up on Tuesday i.e. on 10.5.2011 as fresh.
