JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya,J.
Learned counsel for the applicant-appellant submits that since paper book of this appeal is ready, he does not want to press the bail application. He prays that that it may be rejected with the direction that the appeal be listed for hearing at an early date.
Accordingly, the application is rejected.
Since the paper book is ready, let the appeal be listed peremptorily before the Bench concerned in the next month for hearing and shall not be treated to be tied up to this Bench.
