JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner asserts that the petitioner has been regularly working as Assistant Teacher in Raghuvansh Vidyalaya, Jaitpur Chhapra, Ambedkar Nagar, however, Salary is not being paid to him since March, 2011.
Issue notice to opposite party no.5, returnable in four weeks.
Opposite party nos.3 and 4 are represented by Sri Neeraj Chaurasiya, Advocate.
Opposite party nos.1 and 2 shall be represented by Learned Government Advocate.
